Community Service
Ludlow Elementary School requires that all students in sixth grade complete 10 hours of service to their community. There are a variety of opportunities for students to earn community service hours and here's just a short list:

1. Work the crafts/games for the Harvest Fair for the PTG
2. Porter for the Ludlow Antique Show
3. Bus tables for the PTG's annual spaghetti supper.
4. Rake the South Hill Cemetery for the cemetery commission
5. Porter for the Rotary at the annual Penny Sale.
6. Work for the Firemen's Annual Auction.

If students do not wish to partake in the above list they are welcome to find their own organization to work for and fulfill their required hours. As a general rule students usually earn 15-50 hours of service prior to graduation.
