Creating our Art, Reading and Writing Journals

Every student in Grades 2-6 have made their own journal using their bookmaking skills and knowledge.  Examples of their fine work are in our new display case in  the lobby of our school. The visual arts, reading and writing are integrated at our school. We celebrate each child's unique voice.

At Open  House parents were invited to respond to their child's question in their journals with either a drawing or a written message.  Everyone had fun!
